Zoledren – 20 ml

ZOLEDREN (Zoledron or zoledronic acid, or Biphosphonate zoledronic): Zoledronic acid, belongs to a class of medications called bisphosphonates. It acts by slowing the breakdown of the bone, increasing the density (thickness) of the bones and decreasing the amount of calcium that the bones release in the blood.

Zoledronic acid is used to prevent or treat osteoporosis (a condition in which bones become thin and weak, and fracture easily).

This product has a lyophilized (solid) presentation and must be recombined with liquid , 20 ml
Aqueous solution is recommended serum with dextrose 5%.

The resulting solution will be 20 ml, and serve for 2 shots (Regular dose 10 ml).

Zoledren Dose – Horse and camel:

• Curative treatment: Apply 10 ml once every 20 to 25 days, Repeat 1 to 4 times according to treatment and veterinary criteria
• Animals under 1 year: Apply 1 shot for once
• Maximum frequency of application in animals aged over 2 years: 15 days.
• Minimum frequency of application in animals aged over 2 years: 30 days.
